today is friday..

Since at school i'm very happy when today is friday..u know why..
because friday is the last day for this week..for me friday is to cool my tension..my headache..and so on..

However if we back to history..this state, Johor..friday was the first day of weekend and sunday is first day of work day..(as i remember before 1992) and after that state government under Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin as "Menteri Besar" was changed it to make Friday the last day of the workday and Sunday is the weekend day.

In most countries within Malaysia, a five-day work week, Friday is the last workday before the weekend. In government offices, muslim employees are allowed to wear full "baju melayu with sampin"(but me always wear baju melayu with slack only). Work time on Friday also different with others day..Friday have long time break( 8-12.15, 2.45-5), so muslim man employees dont have any reason to escape "solat jumaat". Until now only Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah still off day on Friday..

In Saudi Arabia & Iran, Friday is the last day of the weekend and Saturday is the first workday. Moreover, in some Islamic countries, Friday is the first day of the weekend, and Sunday is the first workday.

In Islam, Friday is the day of full of "baraqah". Muslim man will go to mosque to solat jumaat..so we can say friday is the public worship in mosques. Friday also the big day among the day like Ramadhan is the big month among the month..
